Australia - 1

Sydney

The next day we spent wandering around Oxford street and Darlinghurst. We found “lotl” what seemed like a nice Lesbian café and settled in there. There we obtained some newsletters about the scene, but the staff were not really that helpful as to which are best places to go. So after dinner we headed to the Leichhardt Hotel a Lesbian run pub that one of café workers said she liked.

An interesting place to say the least our cocktail dresses and high heels made for an interesting contrast to the leather Jackets and biker boots worn by the clientele. We didn't stay and left for our second choice the Ruby Rabbit. A cocktail lounge/ nightclub and restaurant, not a bad place, but non-smoking. So we kept having to go outside (pain).

A mixed place for Lesbians, gays and straights, it appeared, Pretty good but you can't hear yourself think in the night club. Not a bad night, but we didn't get hit on even once.

The following day after breakfast we went to find an Asian hair salon, a trim for me and a trim and back to black for the maid. After Lunch we went to the Coogee women's pool for a swim. A women and children’s only pool, not bad but a little run down. There was maybe two dozen or so women there, some alone, some in couples a few little groups.

We relaxed in the sun bathing area, which is above the pool. I relaxed reading a book, the maid feeling horny I guess went off to chat with others. After a while I went down to the pool, it was empty , not too surprising as it’s not that warm out (pleasant, but not hot) and this is an open air unheated pool. I dived in, eaks it was cold, instant erect shrunk nipples type of cold, LOL.

I am weird I know but I like swimming in cold water it’s stimulating.

After about 20 laps, I got out, dried off and walked back up stairs. The maid was back on her steamer chair, looking a bit despondent. Asking her what’s up, she said there’s no one interested here.
Leaving disappointed, I decided to treat the Maid to a show at the Opera house. We chose good seats and the show was good “Under Milk wood” by Dylan Thomas, I was a little disappointed that there was no Ballet, but there you go, the maid enjoyed the show and that is what counted.

After the show we went for dinner and fun in Newtown, we tried a few pubs, all crammed with Lesbians, but again we left alone, even getting shown the hand and bad looks on occasion.

We talked about it one the way back to the hotel and decided to move on.

So the next day we left Sydney and headed north to the Gold coast, the hotel was very nice and friendly, close to the beach, and good night we heard hope.
